With over 20 years experience as an advanced practice nurse, I am a medical practitioner who treats the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. In my telehealth practice, I use a functional medicine approach including comprehensive history taking, testing, diagnosis, integrative treatment options, education and coaching.

I partner with people who are done settling for answers that don't add up. Those ready to dig deeper to understand why they feel the way they do, address the root causes driving their symptoms, and reclaim their health from the inside out. I also work with those who are well but want to feel exceptional, supporting whole-person wellness at every stage of life.

Currently offering telehealth for optimized regulation, comfort, and convenience. I practice person centered care by listening to your concerns, answering your questions, and reviewing your health history. Together, we develop a multi-modal plan to improve or maintain your health. Health goals can include traditional and specialized testing, diagnosis, treatment, education, and/or coaching from a whole person wellness approach.

Functional Medicine intake - $ 365. Allow 2 hours for initial intake. Fee includes one 60 min follow up.

Medical Follow up - $160
